  I cannot express how grateful we were to be able to work with such an amazing agent on purchasing our first home. Sherri went above and beyond what she needed to do to ensure we closed on our property before the new year and that is exactly what she did. Sherri continued to constantly keep us in the loop of what was happening throughout the home buying process making sure we knew the next steps and ALWAYS made sure we were never stressed out.   Working with Jasmine was an absolutely wonderful experience! House-hunting is such an arduous process, especially during the current economic climate, and Jasmine made it a point to stay positive, send details about houses we might have considered skipping and reached out to other agents to close the gap between our must-haves and what was on the market. We very much appreciated her positive outlook, her attention to detail and industry knowledge when we walked spaces, and her proactive approach. My favorite part? She handles everything! There's always so much to do, paperwork to sign, documents to gather, etc., and she prepared a schedule for working through each and communicated with all of the necessary parties. I kept asking "shouldn't I be doing something else" but she had it all under control. Looking forward to working with Jasmine on our next purchase!

  Jasmine is a superb agent. My family and I found ourselves moving from North Carolina to Massachusetts to be closer to our aging families. Being a retired military family,we've moved quite a bit during our 21 years in the Marine Corps. We started looking at homes online and requested additional information on a home.   I’ve had the opportunity to work with Kathy Snyder over the last few years. She helped me find tenants for a rental property.
